Those who know, know. The Butcher’s Table is our intimate dining option for groups looking for a culinary adventure. Guests are invited to pull up a chair to our butcher block at the very heart of our nose to tail philosophy. Here you will be treated to a culinary adventure of our Road Trip Blind Tasting menu. This table seats six to ten guests and is the best spot to experience the creative dishes our award winning chefs are curating inspired by our farm relationships and our respect for whole animal butchery.

The state-of-the-art audio visual equipment with 110 inch drop down screen make this space a great venue set to entertain. The room has flexible seating options and is a completely private space located just off The Butchery by RGE RD.
