August 27 - Big Bottles & Small Bites @ The Butchery by RGE RD We're opening rare 1.5L magnums and pairing them with bites worth sticking around for. 5pm-9pm walk ins only, no ticket, no fuss. First Come First Serve Seating @ The Butchery by RGE RD
September 18 - CFR Smoked Brisket Party @ The Butchery by RGE RD Giddy up Pardner! Mosey on down to the Butchery to join us for one last brisket day on the Patio (weather permitting) Beef brisket, bison smokies, jalapeño cornbread, and all the fixin's to go with it served from 11am–5pm.
Farm Dinners began as a fun challenge: raise, grow and cook all the food for one dinner on one farm to serve to guests in that specific location at that specific time.
Today, it’s our lifestyle and we take so much pride in being part of this community while shining a light on our storied producers who shape the culinary landscape we love.
